After a two week hiatus The Wells continued their winning form with a dominant performance against title hopefuls Chatham Town.
A soggy Culverden saw The Wells get off to a flying start thanks to Jordan Wells who finished coolly after 8mins.
Josh Froggatt doubled The Wells lead on 16mins when skipper Freeman Rogers headed down for Froggatt to rifle home.
Wells keeper Simon Overland claimed The Wells second clean sheet of the season and was a relative spectator as Chatham were unable to mount a second half fight back.
The win sees The Wells climb to 8th in the league and stay in touching distance of the teams above them having played the least amount of games outside the bottom 3 clubs.
