The Wells bounced back from the disappointing result on Saturday to edge an entertaining affair at the Culverden.
Holmesdale took the lead in the 2nd minute with a free kick from Michael McKenna.
The Wells equalised when Lee Radford's shot was deflected into the net via a Dalers defender.
Chris Seenan put the hosts in front when he connected to a Radford cross.
Seenan was instrumental in the Wells 3rd when his speculative shot from outside the area which was heading wide hit Holmesdales Paul Springett and found its way into his own net.
10mins into the restart and Michael McKenna scored a superb effort from long range which gave the visitors hope. That hope was realised when with 4mins remaining a speculative shot come cross from McKenna caught Steve Lawrence cold and he fumbled into his own net.
The points looked as though they would be shared but late into injury time a corner was met by Ollie Cooke who made no mistake and gave the Wells a deserved but hard fought victory.
The Wells will look to build on this victory when they take on Lordswood at the Culverden Saturday, Kick Off 3pm
