The Wells came away from Gay Dawn Farm with a well deserved point and could easily have walked away with all 3pts had Skipper Jason Barton converted his injury time penalty.
After a goalless first half and with little to split the two sides, the home side took the lead through Harvey McMorrow on 72 mins.
Wells sub Jack Howlett levelled the tie with a sublime 20 yard shot that glided passed the Corinthian keeper.
With the scores level the match got more tetchy and petulance from both sides spoilt the end of an enthralling encounter.
With only injury time remaining and Wells on the attack The Wells won a penalty but Jason Barton's effort hit the left post and then the Corinthian keeper to leave Jason Bourne having to make do with a point.
