The Wells will begin the 2016/17 campaign with the FA Cup extra preliminary round.
Eastbourne United of the Southern Combination league are the visitors to The Culverden. They finished in 10th position of their league last season.
The two teams have met in the FA Cup only once previously, back in 1990 where United won a close encounter 6-5.
