Tuesday evenings game Vs Croydon was abandoned in bizarre fashion with just 3mins of the game left to play.
The Wells had looked to be closing in on their first home win of the season after Ryan Crandley had given the home side the lead with a deft lob over the Croydon keeper on 80mins.
Croydon were reduced to 10 men for dissent after Perry Spackman was upended in the box when through on goal. Jason Barton resulting spot kick was saved by The Croydon stopper.
The Wells appeared to be reduced to 10 men as well when Josh Biddlecombe saw red just before the referee decided to abandon the game.
Wells return to league action Saturday when they host Bearsted at The Culverden.
