Christmas came early for Lordswood as The Wells gifted The Lords 3pts with a woeful performance at Martyn Grove.
Hicham Akhazzan gave the home side the lead after 4mins when The Wells defence failed to clear their lines from a corner and he poked home.
Akhazzan doubled The Lords lead from the penalty spot on 38mins.
Ryan Crandley had the chance to pull a goal back on 66mins from the penalty spot but his shot was well saved by former Wells keeper Ryan Chandler.
Lordswood sealed a deserved victory 3mins from full time when David Smith netted.
