
The Wells finally got their 18/19 season started with a resounding win in the Buildbase FA Vase Away to Billingshurst.
Jeremy Tudor-Pole gave The Wells an 11min opener when he converted after beating the Billingshurst keeper.
Tommy Lawerence scored the goal of the day when his jinking run saw him beat 4 opposition players and the keeper to double The Wells lead on 18mins.
Alexx Kendall added the third Wells goal on 29mins when he slotted home into an empty net after a well worked move.
The Wells will now face Bridon Ropes of SCEFL Div 1 at The Culverden on Saturday 15th September, Kick Off 3pm.
Next up The Wells return to league action on Wednesday 12th September, when they travel to Rusthall .
