The Wells bagged their first 3pts of the season with an away win at neighbours Rusthall.
The Rustics took the lead after 40mins when Robbie Bissett netted after some poor defending by The Wells.
The Wells equaliser came just 2mins later when a free kick was whipped into the Rusthall area and turned into the net by the Rusthall defender.
The game changed in the second half with the introduction of Jeremy Tudor-Pole who put The Wells in front on 81mins.
Tudor-Pole added his second and The Wells third 4mins later after a blistering solo run saw him find the net.
The win moves The Wells of the bottom of the league and one place to 19th.
Next up The Wells host SCEFL Division One side Bridon Ropes in the FA Vase second qualifying round at The Culverden on Saturday.
Kick Off 3pm.
