The Wells return to The Culverden on Tuesday evening to host Southall in the FA Vase first round replay.
Southall are members of the combined counties league premier division and currently sit 8th after 9 games on 15pts. They have won 4, drawn 3 and lost twice.
Like The Wells, Southall have also been FA Vase finalists. The club played in the 85/86 final at the old Wembley stadium losing 3-0 to Halesowen Town.
More recently the club made it to the quarter finals in the 16/17 season.
Sunday’s game Vs The Wells will be Southall’s first foray into this seasons competition.
Tuesdays nights game will be The Wells fourth game in this seasons competition.
A 4-0 win away to Littlehampton in the first qualifying round was followed by a 2-2 draw away at Knaphill. That was followed by a convincing 5-1 win in the replay at The Culverden before Sunday’s gripping 4-4 draw at Southall.
The winners of the tie will host Seaford Town in the 2nd round on Saturday 2nd November at 3pm.
