The Wells secured their second win of the week beating a determined Hollands & Blair 2-1.

The Wells were denied an early penalty when the Blair Keeper appeared to up end Jack Harris in the area but the referee deemed that the keeper had got to the ball first.

Greg Skinner gave The Wells the lead on 35mins when he converted.

Wells keeper Cameron Hall made another great save to deny a Blair equaliser.

The Wells were denied a second penalty shout when Josh Biddlecombe was pushed from behind in the area only for the referee to again wave play on.

At a bright and breezy Culverden The Wells missed their chance to leapfrog visitor's Chatham Town. With a run of games coming up there were some changes to what has been a fairly settled starting XI, with a welcome return for both Perry Spackman and Josh Stanford.

The game was just 2 mins old when a wayward clearance eventually found its way to Chatham striker Stuart Zanone, who promptly curled the ball past Cameron Hall to put the visitors 1-0 up.
